All applicants are required to submit the following in any order.

Ψ A completed Application for Admission form (Online application or print copy sent in mail).   (Download PDF form if submitting by mail Degree / Non-Degree)

ΨAn updated curriculum Vita/Resume with an addendum (maximum of 500 words or 1 ½ pages) explaining your motivation for attending WSPP.

Ψ Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate coursework. Preferred minimum: Overall GPA = 3.00; Psychology GPA = 3.2. Mail to 9120 W. Hampton Ave #212, Milwaukee, WI 53225 and “E-Scripts can be emailed to: admissions@wspp.edu.

Ψ Scores of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) - The GRE is optional for fall, 2025 admissions.General Sections only. Preferred minimum: Verbal Reasoning = 50th percentile, Quantitative Reasoning = 50th percentile, and Analytic Writing = 4.0. Psychology Subject GRE not required. You can find information about the GRE at www.gre.org. The GRE code for WSPP is 1934.

Ψ Three letters of recommendation, two of which should be from psychology faculty or supervisors. Applicants OR recommenders may submit letters of recommendation as follows:

Ψ Students may be interviewed, either in person or by telephone, at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.

Ψ $75 Application Fee (non-refundable).

Ψ Scholarship Application Form

Ψ $250 fee if accepted to WSPP and wish to confirm enrollment online. Click here to pay $250 confirmation fee. If you wish to pay by check or money order mail to: WSPP, 9120 W. Hampton Ave., Suite 212 – Milwaukee, WI 53225. Confirmation fee must be received within 30 days of acceptance into the program.

Application Deadline: Applications must be received by January 1st for fall admission of that same year. Late applications will be considered on a space available basis.

Transfer of Courses

Students are expected to complete all required courses. However, it is possible to transfer courses under certain circumstances. A course may be transferred if a graduate level course judged to be equivalent was completed at another regionally accredited institution with a grade of “B” or better. Courses completed online or substantially online are not eligible for transer. The transfer requires written approval of both the WSPP course instructor and the Dean. No more than 18 credit hours may be transferred.

Withdrawal and Adjustments

Students choosing to withdraw from a course must do so in writing to the Dean. Refunds will be made according to the schedule below:

Before 1st Class Meeting …………………………100% refund

Before 2nd Class Meeting ……………………….. 80% refund

Before 4th Class Meeting ………………………… 60% refund

After 4th Class Meeting …………………………… NONE

In compliance with V.A. regulation 14256, students who are receiving veteran’s benefits will only pay the portion of tuition and other charges that corresponds to the part of the program completed.

Students who withdraw from a course after the second class meeting are assigned a grade of “W” for the class.
